Privacy Policy

Introduction

SummitFlow LLC ("SummitFlow," "we," "our," or "us") develops software and online services for the climbing community, including onBelay, Topo360, ClimbShade, Pact, and other current or future applications.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services.

By using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Pact

Pact is group-trip planning that integrates with onBelay and Topo360 for climbing trips. Unlike our other applications, Pact requires no account and no login — you're identified only by a display name, not an email address. Its data collection is narrower than SummitFlow's other apps:

Collected

• Display name (no email, password, or OAuth)
• Trip details you create: name, description, dates, a free-text location, activity type, cost/expense entries, itinerary items
• Roster and RSVP status of people who join a trip via your invite link
• An optional trip cover photo or itinerary photo you upload
• A push-notification token, only if you enable notifications
• Standard request logs (IP address) via Cloudflare

Not Collected

Email address, device GPS/location, contacts, camera/microphone access beyond the photo picker, usage analytics, or advertising identifiers.

Third-Party Services Used by Pact

Cloudflare (hosting, database, media storage), Frankfurter (currency conversion — currency codes/amounts only), OpenStreetMap Nominatim and Esri (place lookup and map tiles), OpenBeta and Foursquare (nearby-activity suggestions based on a trip's location), and Expo (push delivery, only if notifications are enabled).

Data Deletion

Since Pact has no account, email support@summitflow.fit with your display name or a trip name and we'll delete the associated records.
